Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. SJU airport pickups and drop-offs are available by reservation.
Do you provide cruise port transfers?
Yes. We provide private transportation to Pan American Pier and Old San Juan Cruise Port.
Do boat packages include transportation?
Yes. Boat packages include transportation when booked through Island Ride PR.
Is a deposit required?
A small deposit may be required to secure the reservation. Boat packages require a $200 deposit.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking in advance is recommended, especially for airport pickups, cruise transfers, Day Trips and Full Day rides.

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable. However, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future service, subject to availability and approval by Island Ride PR.
